Stepper Motor making noise but not moving

Need Help !!!

I have an Alpha 42hs60-15a4 motor and it is connected to a4988 driver, it set to 0.6 current limit, connected to 15v 10 amp power supply, A CNC shield used to control the motors and i already uploaded grbl on an arduino uno and start using universal gcode sender to control of the axes associated with motors, But when sending a signal from the gcode sender software motors start making noise instead of spinning.

i have already weird it as it should bd and i have tested 2 cnc shield on the same circut

start at a very low speed. You might overrun the motor starting speed. then you will only hear the noise and the motor is only vibrating
