anaheim nema 23 with driver 23md 106s to bob board

how do I hook these up to the Chinese made mach3 breakout board?

the pins from the driver are:

DIR
CLOCK
ON/OFF
MS2
MS1
12-24VDC
0VDC

the last two I get and I think ms2 and ms1 control the number of steps (full,half etc) but don't know how to use them either.

I only need the dir, clock and the 12vdc and 0vdc. as soon as I try to hook up the clock pin the motor starts moving erratic. If I to the clock pin to ground the motor does the same thing.
