    That's a lot of power supply. But the voltage is a bit low for that drive to get any performance out of the stepper motor. But no, it won't blow anything up if correctly wired. I recommend a fuse between the power supply and the drive, maybe a 6 Amp fast blow because the drive is rated at 5 Amp

    yes driver is rated at 5A but many places I read that driver takes only what it needs from the power supply
    I don't know if it's true or not

    Yes, that is correct. It is normally good practice to add a fuse ahead of the drive to protect the drive, especially when the power supply is capable of turning that drive into a flaming puddle of goo if there were a short or something. 133 Amps is a lot of available current.

    update
    I tried it with fuse
    its correct "driver only takes how much it wants from the power supply "
