Help with TB6600 home switches.

I have not found any instructions for connecting home switches for this board New TB6600 4 axis, received the disc with the board and this bit is missing. I used a micro between GND and in2 through in4 and have not been able to get it to setup through Mach auto setting system. Also the same result with in5 for tool Z height stop. Have I got the connection right or am I supposed to use the 5V to in2 through in4? GND to in1 works fine with the E-stop button and does the auto set up fine.
I would normally run without limit or home switches but this is not my machine and the home switches are already fitted.
