Your drivers will be fine for both the stepper motors, they can handle up to 7.8A and the 60V power supply is fine as well
the first motor is 3A 22mH and a holding torque 9.3 NM
The second one 6.4A 2.5mH 6.2 or 7.6NM
the A is not important as long as the driver is able to provide it. Your driver can do
The mH is more important as this is directly related to the max RPM. The lower mH the higher the RPM so the second motor will run about 9 x faster max speed with the same input voltage on the driver.
If you need hgh speed, use the second motor.
The NM is related to the power the motor can give. Both are strong motors which I expect will run this cnc without problems.
