Looks like that driver would work. Normally you would use a power supply that is near the rated voltage of the driver. The driver will limit the voltage to the motor.
I´ve understood that Nema 17 work with a Voltage at 3-4 Volts. Can I then use a driver like this one?
What will happen if I use a higher voltage on a stepper motor than it´s constructed for? Will it be overheated regardless of the load?
