Why not contact the people you purchased the units from? Don't they offer technical support? I always support the units I sell...

it is a really problem
because i hade one driver is gone .........
so i need the correct connection and all the photos from internet not have that compaination

I have the same 5-axis board and the same driver.
Could you tell me how you connected?

for each stepper driver you can either
connect all of the step + and direction + terminals to the +5V supply to the breakout board
and the step - and direction - to the appropriate BOB outputs for the axis
setting the outputs to active low in mach3
or
connect all of the step - and direction - terminals to the 0V / ground supply to the breakout board
and the step + and direction + to the appropriate BOB outputs for the axis
setting the outputs to active high in mach3
