    Default Problem solved!!

I have been dealing with this for years, I finally figured it out! I use sprut 7 and have always had a problem with the simulation, sometimes it wouldnt show the toolpath simulation, it would run without showing where it cut into the stock, I finally discovered that selecting solid or 3d it would function as it should, just not if 5d was selected. What a Dunce!!!!

I knew I wasnt the sharpest tool in the box but this is ridiculous!

This should give a few of you a chuckle ha!

SprutCAM seems to be one of those programs that needs you to hold your tongue a certain way in order to work correctly.

Newest version works pretty well with few problems after you get it setup . Fusion360 seams to set the standard for huge average user base and development. Sprutcam looks to be developing more toward the high end multi axis robot systems.

I'd agree that each newer versions seems to work better than its predecessors, but there are still some annoying problems. For example, the rapid speed defaults to 500 ipm and there seems to be no way to change that. I also struggle with lathe setups and coordinate system and the turret safe positions. The tool library still seems a big buggy too.
