Any cnc experts here that can help me with wiring vfd to a controller.
See attached diagram. Thanks
FOR=DN1
COM=DigCom
PWM=3VIN
ACM=ANG
you will have to check the output between PWN /ACM to see if it is a 0-10v dc Analog output the drive requires a +/- 10v so not sure if this is going to work, for this VFD Drive.
Why a VFD Drive like this??
You changed the Breakout Board what was the reason??

Thanks matec54,
I have an old AXYZ Millenium that uses this VFD drive with ELTe spindle.
I am upgrading to a more modern controller, the original controller is old, it requires a very slow USB-RS485 plug to transfer files running on Toolpath software under windows 32bit XP.
In most cases with CNc controllers the usb-rs485 is the interface used to control the spindle using modbus control
You need to measure at the control Board not the VFD Drive, this needs to be a variable 0-10v using MDI do S12000 M3 and check the voltage at the Control Board output. what is the max RPM of your spindle.
If the Drive is 10v then that would be a 10v voltage output so that would not be the right connection.
