Spindle Speed Fluctuate

Hi.

I am having problem of spindle speed fluctuation. My rpm goes +-500 to +-800 up and down always amd doesn't remain constant

My machine have 1.5kw 400hz water cool spindle with ae-200 vfd.

Need help as this problem effect my aluminum milling jobs.

One thing more. It doesn't fluctuates when rpm set to 24000

Also i check. My spindle is ground correctly my machine is ground correctly and my vfd main 220v is ground correctly

At 10,000 RPM you don't have much torque

How many amps is your mains power supply to the machine??

The VFD Drive you have is not very good as well so you can't expect very much from it, try lighter cuts and see it it does the same thing.
