It's just some people don't understand what they are looking at even though it is written what it is, they still don't understand and then make assumptions on something they read as to be correct

You being in the UK and anywhere in Europe there are code requirement's as far as EMC / EMI compliant for installs like this, it is quite strict on Wiring, Power Filters and Reactor use
