Good Day all.

Our Takumi is down, Spindle ran away and and we shut it down a few weeks ago.
At first glance, The spindle Drive PCB had a hole in it around the current sensing coils.
We replaced the drive.
Spindle shows no shorts to ground
I can get the spindle to run at 50 rpm
The screen is showing high load on the spindle as well as some artifacts. ( bad cable picking up on high load I guess)

I am under the assumption the spindle rotor is messed up or the stator has internal short phase to phase and drawing way too much current.

Waiting on a inductance meter to verify.

The spindle is one solid pack, Is this something a motor house can fix or should it be sent to a spindle shop?

Thanks

Any suggestions on what to check would be great!
