Your inverter uses the same CM pin for Analog Common (referred to as "AC" in the AXBB manual) and Digital Common ("SC"). Some inverters have separate pins for those.
Just picked up a axbb-e board http://libraries.sharpsoft.com.au/ma...manual_web.pdf
I have everything working but can not figure out how to connect a sunfar e300 inverter to it (the pins are different to what the show in the abxx-e manual).
Manual says to connect
board-Inverter
O2 - s1
O3 - s2
24v0 - sc
AO! - A1
5v0 - AC
My inverter ports are
TA
TB
X1
X2
X3
OC
CM
FWD
AI
10V
24V
AO

any help/point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

If you are still able to control the speed from the VFD Drive then you don't have the VFD Drive programed correct for remote control
The Base PWM should be either 50 or 100 for it to work correct minimum % can be 0
You also can't use spindle feed back unless your spindle has an encoder or a speed sensor in place

The screens broken and she’s pretty rough, it’s a old machine I picked up awhile go, I mite just replace it - anything you would you recommend?
Check your spindle plug
Pin 1=U
Pin 2=V
Pin 3=W
Pin 4=Gnd
This is the normal wiring to make the spindle run the correct way
I don't see a direction change Parameter, so if you have it wired correct then you can change an wire U V W but first check the spindle plug pins to the U V W on the VFD connection
It is not safe to jumper the FWD and CM they have to be switched by your control
