Huanyang GT Series VFD and MASSO

Hello,
Has anyone hooked up a MASSO to a Huanyang GT series VFD? I am not familiar with the GT series control circuit terminals. The 0-10v connection seems clear but I don't see a FWD connection. Totally appreciate any help. VFD works fine in manual mode but can't figure out the connection part. Thank you so much, Matt

S1 and Com is for the FWD connection plus the any needed Parameters for remote control
