VFD HY 2.2kw 220v wiring to UB1 Controller Help

I had some serious problem with the new spindle 220v, 2.2kw 80mm, ER20 install this pass weekend, My previous Spindle which it was (Spindle motor: 0.8KW water cooled 110v) Them i started cut a small project 80x80+12mm and cuttingin into 12mm @ -6.5mm i notice that Z axis would go down, but lost a small bit of speed as it was cutting, when it came up. it regain speed. Another word The spindle would started @ 24000, them drop speed @ 23870. Which didn't make any sense to me, Because the other spindle did the same thing when cutting....I thought because the VFD was chinese may and cheap and spindle motor that was the problem, You pay for what you get. I mean i only pay $600 for the hole kit on ebay. Well it turns out to be that's not the problem.

I found some thing else, Problem is with work plate area. Completely off-balance each sheets. What i did to fix it.

So this my new Spindle 2.2k 220v 8A 24000 400Hz 80mm.

i had change the support plate of spindle 1/4" to 1/2" so spindle can hive enough clearance, When it come up Stepper motor Z azis...
