Default Max speed does not reach 24000 I think

Purchased the 110v - 1.5kw HY spindle kit. The VFD is a HY01D511B. Anyway I set up the parameters that I got off this site. Thanks Mactec54. When I ran the spindle first time these are the readings that I get if I am reading them right. I am controlling the speed with the POT. So I am not sure what I am missing.

    Rev max - 15,633 RPM, 83.1 amp, 260.6 Hz.
    Rev low - 7200 RPM, 46 amp, 120 Hz.

    My PD settings:
    0 -0
    1 - 1
    2 - 1
    3 - 400
    4 - 400
    5 - 400
    6 - 2.5
    7 - 20
    8 - 120
    9 - 15
    10 - 8
    11 - 120
    14 - 12
    15 - 12
    70 - 1
    71 - 20
    72 - 400
    73 - 120
    141 - 120
    142 - 7.0
    143 - 2
    144 - 3000

Went thru settings again and apparently the setting I listed are correct. I found PD070 was set at 0 instead of 1. I made the change and was able to get to 24,000 RPM. The other issue I had was the wiring for the U,V,W spindle connections. I went with the standard connections that was listed on this website U-1, V-2, W-3. The spindle ran in reverse. Swapped a couple of wires and that didn't fix it. The combination that worked is U-3, V-1, W-2. Don't know why it would be different.

Yes for pot control PD070=1 why because the Pot control in the VFD Drive is usually 5v, you will need to change this back to PD070=0 if you use 0-10v control

Yes that happens sometimes when someone in the spindle factory does the internal spindle wiring incorrect

The amp readings don't seem right keep a check on that, something wrong with that part as it can't be that high
