water spindle

I got a cnc router with water spindle, the water has a lot of rust and oter things in, the spindle can be turned by hand it is not locked up. What is the best way to clean it and flush it out. Thanks Dan

Don't plumbers use something for flushing crud from radiators?You might start by calling a tame plumber but be cautious about sending electricity through until you are sure the cooling circuit hasn't corroded to the point where it might allow water to pass through and short the motor-or worse.
