So it helped to post this thread, it seems that my accelleratioon and deceleration time caused issues. I reduced them to 6 seconds.

    Now my settings are:
    F03 - 400hz
    F04 - 400hz
    F05 - 230v
    F06 - 220v
    F07 - 6sec
    F08 - 6sec
    F09 - 0
    F10 - 1
    F11 - 8.8A
    F12 - 5

    P01 - 2
    P02 - 2.2kw
    P03 - 8A

    Any others I should set?

I think you need a VFD rated for your spindle motor. A 1.5KW VFD is not going to run a 2.2KW spindle well, if at all.

You need a 3Kw VFD Drive to run that 2.2Kw spindle on single phase if the VFD Drive is rated for single Phase use then you can sometimes use a 2.2Kw VFD Drive but a 1.5Kw is not going to last very long

Well its running fine now. I cant imagine that the load is Even near 100% when milling so I think ill be fine.
But ill keep an eye on it and run shallow cuts until I get the VFD I ordered for this purpose.

Until it stalls it will run just fine, that is a good VFD Drive manufacture which have good electronic parts in there drives so will take more abuse than most drives
