Closed loop with Delta C2000 and 12000rpm 400hz spindle

Hello,

I´m trying to get a 12000rpm spindle to work in closed loop with a Delta C2000 with option card for incremental encoder but for some reason it wont spin up to more than 6hz for a while and then it overloads.
I have tried first a chinese inverter and now the Delta C2000 and the same accurs on both of them.
The spindle is a chinese ATC water cooled ATC spindle, rated 6000rpm 200hz, max 12000rpm 400hz.
Encoder 1024ppr differential ABZ signals.
The encoder seem to count up fine on the inverter display and one lap corresponds to 4096 pulses.

Any ideas?

Now its working in speed mode at least but the positioning seem to be harder to get working.
