    I can't find a manual for that part number. Do you have 380V 3 phase power? From what I can find so far it requires 3 phase input.

    Did you set the motor parameters in the VFD?

    Unless you have posted the incorrect information the VFD Drive is not suitable for the Spindle

    Your Spindle requires 800Hz to run it, so if your VFD Drive is only rated for 300Hz this is not going to work

    You need there 1000Hz model VFD Drive

    I can't find a manual for that drive online, do you have a link to a manual?

    You need either a different vfd, or different spindle. They need to match in the hz and voltage.

    The Hz does not need to match the Spindle as long as the VFD Drive output Hz can be set to the spindle motor spec's, a 1000Hz 2000Hz or 3000Hz VFD Drive will all work with this Spindle

    Here is some Parameters you need to set, you may have to do a reset the VFD Drive if you have set other Parameters, once Reset then use these Parameter settings

    First select operation instruction channel (F00.01) as keypad instruction channel.

    F00.03=800

    F00.04=800

    F00.05=120

    F00.10=800

    F00.12=10 ( Adjustable )

    F00.13=10 ( Adjustable )

    F00.17=8

    F02.01=5.5 ( Motor Power )

    F02.02=800 ( Motor Frequency )

    F02.03=24000 ( Max Motor speed )

    F02.04=380 ( Motor voltage )

    F02.05=9 ( Max Motor Amps )

    These Parameters must all be set, then you can do a Auto Tune with Parameter F02.37=1

    F02.37= 1 (dynamic self-learning), and then press “RUN” on control panel, it will then calculate

    other settings related to your Spindle motor

    Two more Parameters if you have not found them

    Reset= F00.28=1 it will return to ( 0 ) once complete

    You may also have to set this Parameter for motor model type also

    F00.27= ( Motor P Type variable torque load=2 )
    ( Motor G Type constant torque load=1 )

    Hi, I try to input the setting but don't let me pass 320 Hz.
    I believe that this VFD it is a counterfeit from the chines so I got a VFD best FC-5.5G-T4-B4 and all it's OK my spindle running fine at 2400 rpm.

    Something is a little fishy with that motor nameplate. What is the rated RPM at 3000 Hz?

    That's the VFD Drive not the motor

    Yes it could be a counterfeit, because that model come's standard at 600Hz it should of been able to be set to 600Hz, there could be a Parameter that needs to be set, that is blocking the high frequency Parameter increase, talk to the seller
