I would contact the spindle manufacturer for a recommendation. That sounds like a really special VFD.
Hi - I'm looking for a VFD that will cope with 3333hz - It's to run a 200k rpm .5kw spindle.
Any ideas on suitable models?

And i thought our 60K spindles were fast. Holy smokes!
Maybe these guys can help V&T EcoDriveCN® variable speed drive (VSD): output frequency: 0 - 3000 Hz

just thinking anyone know any VFD that can go 800hz? i need it for my atc spindle
You may find it a little difficult to find high frequency output VFDs. By US export law, most VFDs and motor drives are limited to 590Hz output frequency in order to prevent the proliferation of nuclear centrifuges. Most manufacturers follow this limit, while others can apply for exceptions. I do not know how non-US laws control this.
Btw, I've NEVER heard of a 3333Hz motor. That's insane.
1000hz is Law in USA (I think) or was it Ohm's Law apply's...maybe Newton's Law...spin .. repeat..spin

Your spindle motor has to be 220v/240v you can not run it if it is 380v when you only have 240v supply check this spec first should be around 14A to 15A for the spindle at 220v so 30A should be fine, the VFD Drive is larger capacity which is good
so then we can go of the Spindle max current draw
