What exactly is the problem?speed control works but the problem is that I always get 9.6 V from BOB output and my spindle is working at max speed.
I am trying to control my spindle speed via chinese 5 axis BOB and Mach 3. I have conected everything right and speed control works but the problem is that I always get 9.6 V from BOB output and my spindle is working at max speed. I am supplying BOB with 24V power supply. I have tried many diffirent options in Mach 3 but nothing seems to be working.

Changing spindle speed in Mach 3 does not affect spindle speed. I am measuring voltage with DC multimeter, and DC multimeter reads avarage voltage from PWM signal. So when i lower the speed i should get lower voltage on BOB outputs, but the voltage is always 9.6V
