Default Spindle star with hand help! and loose force.

Hi everybody ! The spindle was working well, one day, when reconnecting the current, it stopped working and now it starts turning it around with the hand and it has no force. Do you know know more or less where can be the problem? to see if I can solve it? Many thanks !?

How do you have it wired, what VFD Drive are you using, normally these 110v spindles are junk, but if it is not damaged the 1.5Kw can work

    Where are you located

By what you are saying you don't have it wired correct post some photos of what you have wired I may see where it needs to be corrected

Perhaps this is because the output waveform of the frequency converter contains high harmonics, and the motor and the cable between the frequency converter and the motor will generate leakage current, which is much larger than the power frequency when driving the motor, so this phenomenon is generated.

The leakage current on the output side of the inverter operation is about 3 times more than that of the power frequency operation, plus the leakage current of the motor, etc. The operating current of the selected leakage protector should be greater than 10 times of the leakage current of the power frequency operation.

This is not likely to be the problem, if you have to turn the spindle to start it, then it is normally a wiring problem he has a phase missing , or has a burnt out spindle winding

VFD Drives can run an AC motor without a shielded cable for testing only, so there is never a harmonic noise problem that would stop the motor from running no matter how crude the output wiring is done

If you are talking about a reactor then no not in this case, a Reactor would not help at all, an Input Power Filter would which all VFD Drive installs should use
