I don't think that those boards have the analog speed control that you need.
Do you have a link to what you have?
I have a 4 axis TB6560-4v3 controller and a HY VFD for my 1.5K spindle.
I have been working on this issue on and off for a couple of years using the panel to control the spindle. but now I need to control the spindle on and off as well as the speed.from the Mach3 application. Every tutorial I see or video seems to be incomplete.
The controller has a relay and other outputs but all the explanations don't give a final setup. All my other operations on my cnc work correctly including center and edge finding and Z zeroing. I know that I need to set the parameters in the VFD and to use the FOR and DCM for on and off and the V1 and ACM for speed control but I am not sure what pins to use for speed on the board. and the output settings for speed. The on off is connected to the relay plug. but where do I go from hear. Please help. This is just so frustrating.

You don't have a 0-10v PWM for speed control on your control Board so you could get a PMW Board from CNC4PC if you have some spare outputs to use,or use Modbus to control for your spindle control, for this you need a plug in which is available here on the Zone
If you have set speeds then you can set your speed and just use Mach3 to turn it ON/OFF with the relay you have
