Chinese 2.2Kw Remote POT help

Trying to get a remote POT working and run into a little problem.

I have a 10K Ohm POT dial wired into my VFD and the settings changed on my VFD to "remote" and I have somewhat of an issue. The remote POT is working but with the remote POT turned all the way down it keeps the spindle rotating at the lowest setting which is 6000 RPM when I turn the pot half way it goes up to about 12500RPM and when i turn the remote POT all the way up it goes back down to 6000 RPM.

Anyone know why it is doing this and not going all the way to 24000RPM when I turn the remote POT to the max setting?

Have you measured the voltage coming from the pot?

Do you have the 10v connected to the Pot and ACM to the other end, then the Wiper connected to VI

Parameter PD070=0 and PD002=1

Jumper set correct 1-2
