    I'd recommend going with 'continuous flex' cable. As its name implies, it's rated for the continuous flexing you get when run through moving cable chans.

    You'll want to measure your minimum bend in your cable chain and get a cable that has a smaller "Min. bend radius, e-chain" than that. Cable life starts dropping off quickly if have a smaller bend radius than the cable is rated for. Keep in mind the bend radius is given in diameters, so if there are 2 cables with the same bend radius spec, the one with the smaller diameter will have the smaller bend radius.
