spindle question ys8043

bought this 3.0 khz spindle form china its 220 volt with 3 phase to spindle the model is ys8043-18/3.0 it has 5 pins need a diagram for input the vfd only has 3 outputs of power with one ground cant get any response from company thur amazon where i bought it from anyone have this or similar spindle its air cooled

You will need 4 pins. One for each phase and one for earth. It should be pretty straight forward.
