Troubleshoot spindle start

Spindle won't start with switch in "computer" position? I hear a snap like a relay activates but no joy? Spindle does start with same switch in min-max rpm position?
Intelitek prolight 3000 lathe, intelitek software program.
All cnc stops at line with g32 canned threading, like controller doesn't recognize canned cycle.
Any and all comments would be helpful.

Did you ever figure out your problem? i having the same issue right now with my prolight 3000.

do you still have this issue? i have the opposite problem. everything works on cnc but on manual it doesnt.
