Here are some changes you can make; you may be able to up the amps PD142 to 12 but see how it run first with these changes
PD141=120
PD006=260
PD008=120
PD009=78
As you can see Automation Technologies is just a Copy of what I post, the few differences are from other variation's I have posted
Did you Change PD070=1 for Pot control and move the J1 Jumper
There are other Parameters that can be changed but if you have it running then you are not far away

Clone HY02D223B
Unbeknown to me, until now that is,
I have been landed with a Chinese 'clone' version of the HY02D223B VFD
It is evidently clear that the parameter list differs from that of original version.
Although the clone does not have Modbus capability it still performs well.
I have some initial Parameters i.e-
* Pn 01=24000
* Pn 02=400
* Pn 02=2
* Pn 04=1
* Pn 12=400
Notice we have PN instead of PD on the parameter listing.
And as far as I'm aware that's the only obvious difference between the Clone and the Genuine VFD.
Does anyone have a full Parameter list for the clone please.
I'd be very grateful.
Many thanks.
Hi Terry
Do you happen to have the Full parameter list for the Clone HY02D223B Inverter.

hello, Any Idea where to go with that. 110V 600W. That is the only infos I have (see attached). I asked for more but still waiting. The motor name plate is limited also to : 110Vac, 13000rpm...
this is the settings I have now but not sure of them. I have 12000rpm on the tachco with those. I did not tried to get 13000 and happy with 12k. What do you think?
PD001=0 (1 For Remote Control)
PD002=0
PD003=400
PD004=400
PD005=140
PD007=10
PD008=110
PD011=120 (Minimum Setting 120)
PD009=10
PD010=5
PD13= 08 is for Factory reset, Only use this to set VFD to Factory Default Settings
PD014 Accel=10
PD015 Deccl=10
PD141=110 ( Motor Rated Voltage )
PD142=5 ( I went 693w/120v=5.76 and rounded it at 5 as a safety margin to start.)
PD143=4 ( Motor Number of Poles)
PD144=1500 (3,000=24,000) /2
I think this is the manual you were looking for. I found it on the Australian Vevor website. https://d2v0huudrf11kh.cloudfront.ne...4738270427.pdf I had exactly the same problem as you. I think it is a different VFD to the often linked to Huanjang VFD. This one has the PN prefix on its parameters. I checked the parameter PN33 which is set to 32u29 and from that decided it was the same VFD (HY023D223B)
I have been having trouble setting up my drive. I am using it with 110v CNC Router spindle with a Centroid Acorn control board. I entered the parameters from Automation Technologies but the drive did not hold the settings when powered off. Now when I go back in I am unable to set PD003 to anything more than 50.000.
Can anyone offer any insight as to what I might be doing wrong?
I purchased a kit from Bulkman3D. It was the ultimate bee version 220v 2.2k air cooled spindle.I am another person who can not figure out how to get the HY02D223B to operate. I have watched several videos and read many forums. Wouldn't you know, no two posts share the same settings..... I have attached my settings. I am not sure if something is wrong with them or if i am missing some.
I am using the CNC3D commander and the CNC3D NightHawk as the commander. it sends the 10vdc signal to the VFD.
I can not get my spindle to rotate using the commander. I know i need the jumper set to V1. But if I remove the V1/VR jumper so its on VR and change pd1&2 the spindle will move. In fact it rev's up within a few seconds and i stop it before it flattens out. the display on the VFD does not show me a value running like this. So i hit the stop button so not to blow the spindle. I am at a loss here. I purchased this kit back in May and still have not used it...
Hi All
Well I have an issue with my Huanyang 1.5 kw 110 volt and 800 k spindle. the rpm is way off by half.
I have a masso g3 control and if I type in a s1000 my vfd displays roughly 2000 if i put in 12000 it will display 24000 but it will not go higher not sure if the spindle is running 24000 or 12000 but it has a max speed of 24000. I have setup I think all the pds like they say.
so is there a pd i have to set for the rpm and how do you find what to set it to I have pd144 =3000
any help will be helpful
