Question Need help. Too much cut depth at first entry in rotary milling

We are roughing this pinion in A axis rotary on vertical mill. I couldn't find how to eliminate that excessive amount of cut depth on the first entry (10 mm aprox.), despite having thoroughly checked the rotary mill operation parameters like step angle, machining are limits, etc. Any idea?
