Is it possible to convert 3 axis post processor to 4 axis?

I'm using 3 axis Sinumerik 810D post processor, which I found here: https://www.cnczone.com/forums/solid...erik-810d.html

The problem is that I have 4th axis rotating around X axis. Is it possible to convert my current post processor to 4 axis so I could machine on my rotary axis?
