Default ESS, C11 and (or) Mach3 issue, no axis movement

I am having issues with my setup. The controller worked at one point, I came back to the project, updated Mach3 and now I get no movement and no LED status light at the pins to the motor drivers.

    Things I know:
-Computer is communicating with the ESS from what I can tell (lights all look correct and I am receiving no BootPrx packets)
-C11 board has green light on enable
    -2 5V connections to the C11
-1V on pins 2-7 and 5V on the COM pins
-Mach3 has the ports and pins entered and enabled
-No voltage change on pins when I jog in Mach3
-The Mach3 DRO increments when I jog
-Stepper drivers are have green status
-I can rotate the ball screw by hand

What else can I look for? I'm at a lose and have spent too many hours on this already. Arturo is helping but it is a scattershot approach and responses are not conducive to figuring this out anytime soon.

Not sure whats up with the pictures. I posted them on another post, and they were rotated the same way. I manually rotated them, saved them and posted them here....hoping that they would come out correct, but no. This is indicative of my life at the moment....

I don't believe the Mach3 diagnostic page displays inputs and outputs with the ESS, and the Port address is not used either.
Have you configured the ESS through it's plugin configuration screen?

That makes sense for the diagnostic ports. I did use the plugin confiscator and all seems well between Mach3 and the ESS.

I've never used an ESS, but I suspect the plugin configuration is the issue.

The ESS and Mach3 seem to be communicating though. Andy, on the Warp9 forum, said that if the Mach3 DRO increments when I input a move, which it does, then the ESS and Mach3 are talking.

I think the issue is between the ESS and the C11 or I have something incorrectly setup on Mach3. I have a C10 board I may throw in to see if it's an issue with the C11.

Hi have you found a solution ? I have the exact same configuration and can't get the E-Stop or an other switch to blink.
