tool holder for drills, boring bars, internal threading tools ?

Hi guys, I'm very new to lathes and still learning. I had a very basic question:

What's the best way to hold boring bars and internal threading tools?
I found some straight shank 32mm er32 collet holders that fit in the tool blocks in the tool changer, but I saw a for-sale post here that had this picture and thought these might be a better than er32.
Anyone know what these (circled in red) are called and where to get them?
