Magazine location locked for tool Load

hello

I have tool 608 defined corectly and can t load in location 8 because is locked with "Z" sign in foto.

spindle is clear and is not necesary to be locked fot reserved tool.
is locked by error from hystory plc alarm and noww i try to remake all my magazine to work again , i defined tool and now loaded in magazine but locaion 8 is locked and dont must to be locked, i need him free for tool load.

how i can clear that locked Z to free up location?
