Siemens 802c password help needed!

Hello,
Our shop just purchased a 2009 PM1330 CNC lathe with the Siemens Sinumerik 802c controller. This machine was in storage for the last 5 years and fired up just fine. Problem, the controller will not accept any of the factory passwords needed to set-up the machine. The previous shop did not change any of the passwords we are told. Can anyone clue us in on what might be going on here? Thanks!
