Need help With HMI Base Software in Sinumerik 840 D PCU 50.3
Hi, I am facing problem during bootup of HMI in my new sinumerik pcu 50.3. It is not showing the base software version and i can not go in to service desktop. Although i can go in to service desktop through alt+ctrl+dlt i.e task manager but when i logoff the current auduser it still gives same error and doesnt show the serivce users menu. I have reinstalled the hmi advanced software even but it am still facing the same problem. I think problem is with the base software ,and i need to reinstall it but I need help in its installation. If anyone has understood my problem then kindly guide me in installation of base software and also tell me where can i find the necessary installation files.
