Sinumerik 810M stuck on initializing screen.
Good day, my sinumerik 810M GA3 is stuck on initializing screen. Im guessing it is hardware problem.
Is it normal for red LED on the back of the CPU card to be lit?
Could it be the bad EPROM or interface card?
The problem started with empty battery and parameters deleted.
I left the machine running to upload the parameters later.
I went to another machine (Mazak CNC lathe) and turned it ON and this one takes a lot of power when its turned on (the lights go dim for a second) and the other machine dont like that.
When I got back to my miling machine 810M now there was
QVZ error on the screen. (Photo in the attachment)
I couldnt get this screen off, so I took out the battery.
After that I am stuck on initializing screen.
I tried to remove EPROM and get the EPROM error

I tried to remove interface card and I get the interface error
(On the photo attached)

The parity monitoring error would indicate data corruption. Perhaps try deleting the memory and uploading a clean copy of the system parameters.Originally Posted by mlinkadelsol

I cant get past the initializing screen, and dont know how could I delete the memory because "eyeball button" doesnt work either.
Do you own by any chance sinumerk 810? And can you check if your LED on back of the CPU board is ON?

The system is old and analog and currently I have to get it up and running as soon as possible because of the deadlines.
