    check the min radius in the truemill operation, and/or the plunge type, you might have to increase the radius a bit for your machine.

    Just when you thought you had it all figured out, all hell breaks loose..

    3-Axis HSM modules using FIT ARCS is creating circle records with very small arc lengths (.0005-.000005)

    With the release of V4, we have found that under certain conditions in the new 3 Axis HSM modules (Pencil Cut, Rest machining, Steep Shallow, 3D Offset) circle records with very small arc lengths (.0005-.000005) are being created by the FIT ARCS functions in these routines. More details can be found here. -

    This was fixed in version 4 SP1.
