    Default Maho MH 1000c

First off, I've got very little experience with Mahos and I've got a MH 1000C with the phillips 432 control -software verison 6601.603/03. I keep getting an I62 error that I don't know how to resolve ( I can clear it - but not solve the problem).
Also, does anyone have a list of the machine constants for this software version?

    Hello ,

I cannot find I62 in my error code list. Please tell me what this error code is?

    Regards

I62 is an error code under the spindle control section:
gearing step not in defined position.

The error started to appear after I cycled through the vertical and horizontal milling heads manually. I can no longer activate the spindle as the error appears as soon as a S code is input. I've managed to track down a schematic for this machine (which seems reasonably accurate...) and was going to see if it's just a case of limit switches not being actuated.
Any other suggestions on this would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Did you solve the I62 problem ?
The error is caused by the transmission gearing not being in the correct position.
It can be an easy fix or a transmisson rebuild. If you need more help get back to me
