    Hi guys I was wondering if you could help me on my way to build or buy a small cnc system for routing and how to use it???

    such as software

    g code

    Controllers

    manufacturers

    any help would be appriciated

    Also a good place to start would be the enormous thread at....

    Warning there are many hours of reading in that thread but there is some valuable information in it for the first time builder.

    I'll second that...the thread at rcgroups is the one that taught me how to build my machine. It's still not quite finished (I chose to build, rather than buy, the electronics) but it's coming along nicely.

    Pay particular attention to the comments by John C. Kleinbauer. CrankOrgan He gives away many of his "secret construction techniques" in this thread, and they do work...
