1) Use blue Loctite.

I have a shop sabre IS series. I have noticed that I don't have the sharp edges on fiberboard that we used to have. One chair will be fine, but the one next to it will be off.
I did notice the router spindle was loose, so we tightened it up. But we have to keep tightening it up every other day. I have not checked other bolts, but I will monday morning.
Also, noticed the boards are always off on the X axis at least 1/8 off to sometimes a half inches off. Had Ben get in the computer and he seemed to fix it for that one day, but it's doing it again!

I ended up calling Shop Sabre and Ben got into the Win CNC file and changed the x axis demention....and it fixed the measurements,
