So my machine only came with 4 threading gears. They guy before me lost the others. I was missing like 15 gears or so. I could not afford to pay $27/ each for replacements, I have a 3d printer so I decided to give it a try. They work amazing. I was skeptical at first, but after about a month of heavy use ( Deep roughing cuts) they work great and show no signs of wear. Also a lot quieter. I used nylon printer element. If anyone is stuck in the same position as me, I highly recommend this route. Also, I'm not as nervous about crashing the machine, cause all I have to do is reprint another gear, so it is a great alternative for beginners. PM me for any questions.
