Default SV2412S Tool Carousel is Posessed

We have a Sharp SV2412S with almost no hours on it. As soon as you flip the breaker on the back of the machine the tool carousel starts turning and doesn't stop. Doesn't matter if the controller is off and both e-stops are engaged, it keeps rotating until you shut power off to the machine. There aren't any chips up in the carousel where the magnetic sensor is. What could be the cause of this?

I personally just started using a Sharp machine. Honestly the biggest issue i have had is with the tool carousel. Sometimes when i go to do a tool change in MDI it brings up the wrong tool location and crashes 2 holders into each other.
Maybe a re-occurring issue with these machines. Has happened twice to me. Certainly not an operator error.
