We recenly bought a pre-owned Bergozni Double Column VMC and the Electronics were working fine for a few weeks. It has a Fagor 8055 controller with Bosch Drives and Motors.
Yesterday while performing a tool change, the machine stopped and gave us the error "X axis locked" and "Z axis locked".
We restarted the machine and it now gives the error "axis power module not ready"
The Bosch Spindle Drive (SM-25TD) has a red LED on where it says MMf. This comes on and goes off after a short time. The LED's on the power modules are not coming ON. The axis drives don't show any error.
Any help in diagnosing this would be greatly appreciated.
