Simodrive 210 error

Hello

we have some old cnc tool grinding machine. On the simodrive 210 is showing error fault +- 15V fault and sum fault.

What could be the problem ?

we checked the motor, encoder, tacho, changed power card... machine is standing still, no movement of motors, nothing.

Does anybody have a clue ?
