I agree that it works at 24v but with 5v it also works,
I have wired as you indicate, but it still does not work.
I have wired 47 to +24, 40 to 0 (the servo is activated and prepares to turn), if I now connect terminals 5 and 6, at a voltage of 0-10v, the motor does not turn. After I connect the terminal 42 to 0v, the motor starts to turn, correct it works in the servo screen write ". =. = Not". But now I disconnect terminal 42, the motor stops, and now I connect terminal 43 to 0v and the motor does not turn.
the problem is:
signs 42 and 43 are "do not allow something" that is:
the servo is waiting for a current in negative 5 and 6 to turn backwards

See if you can use the Step /Dir to change the direction , and the voltage for the speed control would stay the same 0-10v
Here is how you would do it with changing the power source +/- Ground stays the same, you would just switch between the +/- voltage from the power supply
