Does any one know what could be stopping my yaskawa drive from starting?

I recently purchased a Yaskawa 626 vm3 drive and now the spindle wont run.

no alarms no apparent faults and i press cycle start and the program runs fine with the x & z axes working fine. the spindle forward button lights up when you press it but no spindle rotation.

on the digital keypad on the drive the stop light is on all the time, i wonder if the repairer has stopped the unit from working for testing purposes.

    cheers guys.

He most likely put it in manual mode ( KeyPad Control ) for testing, I hope he did not do a ReSet if he has you would of lost all the Drive Parameters
