Ultra3000i E60 Error

Have a E60 error on my Allen-Bradley 2098-DSD-020X-DN Ultra3000i drive. Has any one seen this before? I can not find anything about this error. My local A-B tech was stumped. Ultraware sees the drive and posts a power up error "Manufacturing Parmeter Area Unitalized". UltraWare only allows firmwear update, When this is attempted it generates "Invalid Function Code". Any help would be appreciated.
