INDRAMAT TDM-3.2 _Enable Problem!

Hi there :-)
I'm working on a Gildemeister GAC65 lathe, and I have a problem with one of my axis Servo Drive " TDM 3.2-20-300-W0".

I connect power, and truth give feed command with my multimeter to E1, E2 (Command Pins), there are· no response.
Well. after changing the +&- Poles, motors shaft runs a little and BS Alarm LED turning on, the drive goes to disable mode.

I try to fix this problem with hardware test, but it seems ok, What you think, where I have to Check?

any help will kindly appreciated.
