Default "AF9591A" Current sense hybrid Module required (Used on Okuma Servo Drive MIV0404)

We have a 2 axis Okuma Servo Drive Model: MIV0404 drive for repair. It has a hybrid IC "AF9591a" faulty.

This device is a customize Hybric IC. It comes in a SIP Pack (8 pins, Single in Line) and has this number “AF9591A” printed. It is a isolation amplifier. Function of this is to amplify input voltage(primary side) and output it at secondary side. It is used for detecting currents through IGBT modules.

This Component is fitted on the Power Control Board: Type - IVPB0404 (1006-2232-24-60). I would appreciate any information that will lead us to obtain this part, "AF9591a".

    thanks
